<p>The geographical location of the oasis in the middle section of the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains is 43°18′58″N-45°49′02″N, 83°29′20″E-90°39′48″E, covering Tacheng Prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Urumqi City and Karamay City. The oasis in the middle section of the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains consists of 11 oases with a total area of 35,924.05 km2 (Albers), of which the largest oasis covers an area of 34,941.06 km2. The main rivers that nourish the oasis in the middle section of the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains are Manas River, Santun River and Hutubi River, with their main streams of 403.97 km, 182.13 km and 176.62 km respectively. The geographical location of the mountainous part of the basin in the middle section of the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains is 43°01′19″N-44°38′52″N, 82°56′35″E-90°42′32″E, with an area of 31,995.12 km2, and elevations are divided into 10 categories. The dataset includes: (1) oasis range data;(2) water system data that nourishes the oasis;(3) boundary data of the mountainous part of the basin; and (4) elevation classification data of the mountainous part. The dataset is stored in.kmz,.shp and.tif data formats and consists of 70 data files with a data volume of 207MB (compressed into 5 files, 70.4MB). </p>
