<p>Pishan Oasis is located in Pishan County, Hotan Administrative Region, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The geographical location of Pishan Oasis is 37°01′56″N-37°46′8″N, 77°46′37″E-78°53′56″E. The Pishan Oasis consists of 14 oases with a total area of 1,122.08 km² (Albers) and a circumference of 1,456.17 km (Lambert). Among them, the largest oasis has an area of 1,060.39 km² and a circumference of 1,244.51 km. The main rivers that nourish the Pishan Oasis include Pishan River, Sangzhu River, Suraazi River, etc., with main streams of 122.97 km, 90.94 km and 77.57 km respectively. The geographical location of the mountainous part of the Pishan Oasis River Basin is 36°38'42"N-37°17'44"N, 77°29'11"E-78°59'20"E. The mountainous part of the basin covers an area of 5,467.37 km² and a circumference of 465.14 km. The elevations of the mountainous part of the basin are divided into 11 categories. The dataset includes the following data of Pishan Oasis: (1) boundary data;(2) water system data that nourishes the oasis;(3) boundary data of the mountainous part of the basin; and (4) elevation classification data of the mountainous part of the basin. The dataset is stored in.kmz,.shp and.tif data formats and consists of 48 data files with a data volume of 40.4 MB (compressed into 4 files, 26.4 MB). </p>
