The Minfeng Oasis Water System refers to the water system formed by the rivers that nourish the Minfeng Oasis. These rivers mainly include the Yatongguzi River, Niya River and Andir River, with main streams of 317.72 km, 228.39 km and 215.94 km respectively (Lambert projection). The mountainous part of the Minfeng Oasis River Basin is the upper reaches of the rivers that maintain the Minfeng Oasis. The geographical location of this part of the basin is 36°11'41" N-36°56'58" N, 82°13'10" E-84°30'49" E. The basin area is 8,905.28 km² (Albers projection), and the basin boundary length is 632.00 km (Lambert projection). The elevations of the mountainous parts of the Minfeng Oasis and the River Basin are all above 2000 m, and are divided into 9 types: the elevations below 2500 m are one category, and the elevations above 2500 m are divided at intervals of 500 m. The dataset was developed based on Google earth images, ASTER GDEM 30m data and measured data. The data set includes: (1) water system data of Minfeng Oasis;(2) partial boundary data of mountainous areas in the Minfeng Oasis River Basin;(3) partial elevation classification data of mountainous areas in the Minfeng Oasis River Basin. The dataset consists of 32 data files stored in.kmz,.shp and.tif data formats, with a data volume of 12.3 MB (compressed into 3 files, 8.74 MB).
