This data includes Xinjiang lakes and river elements. Albers equal-area cut cone projection is used, using 2010 TM remote sensing images, and using ENVI and eCognition software to classify and extract lake and river elements to generate Xinjiang lakes and river distribution data. See this data document for data attribute information. This data can be used to provide scientific data support for investigating the distribution of lakes and rivers in Xinjiang.

2010 TM remote sensing data.
Using ENVI and eCognition software, we select green bands and near-infrared bands that strongly reflect the water body for superposition calculation, superimpose TM data under the generated vector layer, and use manual intervention to correct it to produce the final data product. 1. Band selection, selecting green bands and near-infrared bands that strongly reflect the water body; 2. Band calculation, water extraction formula: TM2 + TM3-TM4-TM5 3. Vector stacking, superpose TM data under the generated vector layer for manual intervention correction.
Data collection is carried out in accordance with vectorization standards and corrected with reference to high-precision data from google earth.
