<p>The Tazhong Oasis is located in the hinterland of the Taklimakan Desert, the world's second largest mobile desert, and in the center of the Tarim Basin. The Tazhong Oasis is located in Qiemo County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The specific location is 38°57 '19 "N-39°11' 26" N, 83°36 '19 "E-83°43' 58" E. The Tazhong Oasis consists of 6 oases with a total area of 5.07 km² (Albers) and a total circumference of 22.42 km (Lambert). Among them, the largest oasis covers an area of 3.79 km2, accounting for 74.75% of the total oasis area. The plants growing in this oasis mainly include Tamarix, Haloxylon ammodendron, Mongolian ammosa, etc. The dataset includes: (1) oasis boundary data;(2) photos of some vegetation and communities. The dataset is stored in.kmz,.shp,.jpg and.txt data formats, and consists of 22 data files with a data volume of 27.1 MB (compressed into 2 files, 26.7 MB). </p>
