塔中绿洲（Tazhong Oasis）地处世界上第二大流动沙漠-塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地、塔里木盆地中心地区。塔中绿洲位于新疆维吾尔自治区且末县，具体位置为38°57′19″N-39°11′26″N，83°36′19″E-83°43′58″E。塔中绿洲由6块绿洲组成，总面积为5.07 km²（Albers），总周长为22.42 km（Lambert）。其中，最大绿洲的面积为3.79 km²，占绿洲总面积的74.75%。该绿洲生长的植物主要有柽柳、梭梭、蒙古沙冬青等。该数据集包括：（1）绿洲边界数据；（2）部分植被和群落照片。该数据集以.kmz、.shp、.jpg与.txt数据格式存储，由22个数据文件组成，数据量为27.1 MB（压缩为2个文件，26.7 MB）。
