<p>This dataset includes annual average temperature and annual precipitation data from Tianshan Station (1930-2010), Jorfeng-Ata Station (1961-2010) and Qiong-Aksu Station (1970-2009) in the Issyk Lake Basin, as well as geographical location data of three meteorological stations.

This data is based on Yang Chuande and Shao Xinyuan's "Recent Changes in Lakes in Central Asia" published by Meteorological Press in 1993 and "Climate change and human activities on water level changes in Lake Issyk" published by Wang Guoping, Shen Yongping, Wang Ninglian and others in 2010.
