<p>The Self-Calibrating Palmer Drought Index scPDSI (January 1901-December 2022, 0.5°×0.5° resolution) is based on precipitation and potential evapotranspiration (PET) data and calculated using the Self-Calibrating Palmer Drought Index (scPDSI). It is an important climate data set used to assess the intensity and duration of drought. The scPDSI index can reflect broader drought conditions by considering factors such as soil moisture, temperature and precipitation, and is especially suitable for long-term drought analysis. The dataset is provided in NetCDF format and contains time (month, month), spatial coordinates (latitude and longitude), and scPDSI values (dimensionless). A negative scPDSI value indicates drought, and a positive value indicates dampness. The data is interpolated and corrected to ensure spatial and temporal consistency. </p>
