Plant DNA barcode sequences in Ili area, including matK, rbcL and ITS gene sequences and peak maps. 306 plant samples were sequenced and analyzed, belonging to 65 families, 204 genera, and 274 species. These include wild forest fruit plants, wild flowers, medicinal plants and crop relatives, rare and endangered plants, etc. MatK, rbcL and ITS sequencing showed that a total of 281 rbcL fragments, 281 matK fragments and 278 ITS fragments were obtained, each sequencing containing upstream primers (_f) and downstream primers (_r)

Sequencing raw data without processing.
Plant samples were collected in the wild, DNA extraction, PCR amplification, and base sequencing were obtained. Plant DNA bases are sequenced by a sequencer, the accuracy of base reading is judged based on the peak diagram, and the uncertain sequence at the second end of the sequence is removed to obtain a base sequence with high credibility. fasta sequencing results can be opened in text; peak map files (AB1 format) can be viewed using Chromas software.
The collection process of DNA barcode data resources and genetic materials for key species in wild fruit forests in Tianshan Mountains is manually collected in accordance with the "Technical Regulations on Investigation and Evaluation of Terrestrial Higher Plant Diversity in Counties". The collection of DNA barcode data refers to and quotes the "Technical Specifications for Research on Plant DNA Barcoding"(Gao Lianming et al., 2012) and relevant content of the biodiversity survey specifications for this scientific expedition. After manual inspection, the error value of this year's data is less than 0.1%, which meets the relevant requirements of the biodiversity survey specifications for this scientific expedition.
