<p>This data uses TM and MSS satellite images in the mid-1980s and early 1990s, TM and SPOT satellite images of different scales such as 1999, and various electronic geographical data files accumulated by the institute to build a Xinjiang ecological background database, which is rich and intuitive. It reflects the basic situation of land use in Xinjiang in the 1990s. The data covers the entire Xinjiang region, using Lambert and other area cone projection methods. </p>
