<p>This monograph systematically compiles the taxonomic data of two major types of ascomycetes in Kazakhstan, including Protoascomycetes and Euascomycetes, covering 9 order-level taxa such as Enomycetes and Taphrinales. The book records in detail the morphological identification characteristics of each species and its geographical distribution information in Kazakhstan, and provides a multi-level classification search system from family to species. Research points out that this type of fungus has both ecological and economic values: it contains not only pathogenic bacteria that harm agricultural and forestry crops, but also key ecological groups involved in the decomposition of organic matter. The book is equipped with 66 fine microstructure maps and 2 classification comparison tables, and 90 references are cited.
