The main data sources include: 1. Zoology of Xinjiang 2. "Xinjiang Mammals (Therapies) List", 3. "Xinjiang Bird List", 4. Atlas of Precious Animals in Xinjiang 5. ,"Zoology of China" 6. Xinjiang Animal Research, 7. "Bird Research in China", 8. Journal of Animal Taxonomy, 9. Natural Geography of China, 10. "Arid Zone Research", 11. "Arid Zone Research", 12. Xinjiang Environmental Protection, 13. Journal of Zoology, 14. Physical Geography of China The above data was provided by Xinjiang Documentation and Information Center of China Academy of Sciences.

Data processing method

Enter the data into an Excel file according to the designed library structure; then import the Excel data into MS SQL Server.

Data quality description

Including information on animal species within Xinjiang, with complete fields and corresponding pictures.
