<p>This book is an academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic, academician of the All-Soviet Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and hero of socialist labor.В. Selected papers by Boslavsky. The book describes original hydraulic structures, including the famous Fergana-style water intake hub, the damless water intake hub, irrigation schemes in the Fergana Valley and the lower reaches of the Amu Darya River. It has solved the problems of developing hungry grasslands and improving the utilization of water resources in Central Asia. It expounds the experiences and problems of irrigation and water resources development throughout the long period of Central Asian history. </p>
