<p>Kongque River Oasis is located in Korla City, Tiemenguan City, Yuli County and Yanqi County of Bayingoleng Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The geographical location of Kongque River Oasis is 41°11′26″N - 41°58′41″N, 85°20′42″E - 86°46′15″E. The total area of the oasis calculated based on Albers projection is 4,019.30 km2, and the total circumference of the oasis calculated based on Lambert projection is 1,073.66 km. Kongque River Oasis consists of 4 oases. Among them, the largest oasis is the Kongque River Main Oasis, with an area of 4,017.44 km² (Albers projection) and a circumference of 1,064.19 km (Lambert projection). The proportion of Kongque River Oasis in each county and city is: 59.51%(Korla City), 13.69%(Tiemenguan City), 26.76%(Yuli County), and 0.04%(Yanqi County). The dataset was developed based on Google earth 2019 data. The dataset is stored in.kmz and.shp data formats and consists of 15 data files with a data volume of 16.60 MB (compressed into 1 file, 10.70 MB). </p>
