It uses all Landsat5/7/8 remote sensing data throughout the year to obtain all effective Landsat observation data by removing clouds and shadowing, and then extracts NDVI for each effective Landsat observation, and combines linear interpolation and S-G smoothing and other methods. Finally, the NDVI maximum value of each pixel location in a year is obtained. The dataset has a spatial resolution of 30m and a temporal resolution of one year. DN*12000/255-2000 can get the true VI value.
