%X This collection is dedicated to summarizing the hydrological research results of the Hydrometeorological Science Institute of Ukraine since its establishment 25 years ago. The content describes the research results on water resources, river water balance calculation, flood runoff movement, etc. in Ukraine and Moldova. The results of calculation of maximum river runoff, investigation and research on dangerous hydrological phenomena in mountainous areas of the Republic, and research on debris flow and karst phenomena in Ukraine are summarized. At the same time, the current situation and scientific basis of prediction methods for hydrological conditions of rivers in Ukraine are described. This collection of books has reference value for hydrographic experts, staff of scientific research, design and water conservancy organizations, graduate students and college students in related majors.
