It classifies the processes, discusses the formation mechanism of precipitation on slopes, and gives forecast characteristics. The paper by En F. Gelmgolz studied the characteristics, status, direction and speed of the valley circulation on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains and the piedmont area, and discussed the extension distance of the circulation from the foothills of the mountains. The influence of Coriolis force and the downblowing nature of the mountain breeze in the piedmont area.
