AB  - The 902 sample data set of land cover in Central Asia (2013-2018) includes field survey data of land cover in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan from 2013 to 2014, and survey data of farmland soil and surface environment in the middle and lower reaches of Syr Darya and Amu Darya Darya from 2017 to 2018. The field survey uses the Global Positioning System (GPS) for positioning to ensure consistency of the surface cover type within about 1 km2 around the sample point. The data set includes: (1) geographical location information of 902 survey sample points;(2) 3,120 field photos;(3) detailed survey information: land cover type, vegetation name and coverage, topography and geomorphological characteristics, soil color, soil texture and photo number, etc. Data is stored in formats such as.shp,.jpg,.xlsx and.docx, with a total of 3,128 files, with a total data volume of 11.9 GB (compressed into 9 files, 11.9 GB).
