额敏河（Emin River）是一条国际河流。本数据集中，额敏河绿洲只包括中国境内部分，位于新疆维吾尔自治区塔城行政区的额敏县、塔城市、裕民县和托里县。额敏河绿洲的地理位置是45°47′15″N-46°58′05″N，82°44′35″E-84°26′04″E。额敏河绿洲由30块绿洲组成，总面积为6,845.08 km²（Albers）。其中，最大的绿洲面积为6,391.43 km²。滋养额敏河绿洲的河流主要为额敏河及其支流，额敏河（中国境内）的干流长度为244.55 km。额敏河水系构成的流域位置是45°31′58″N-47°14′04″N，82°28′20″E-84°47′24″E。该部分流域面积为17,851.21 km²。该流域的高程被分为6类。数据集内容包括：（1）绿洲边界数据；（2）滋养绿洲的水系数据；（3）流域边界数据；（4）流域高程分类数据。数据集以.kmz、.shp与.tif数据格式存储，由49个数据文件组成，数据量为71.40 MB（压缩为4个文件，23.1 MB）。
