    "ds_abstract": "<p>苏共第十九次代表大会在关于1951—1955年苏联第五个五年计划的指令中，提出了利用我国水资源的宏伟任务。伏尔加河和第聂伯河上大型水电站的建设，以及鄂毕河、安加拉河、额尔齐斯河、卡马河等水系的利用，还有波列西耶沼泽、巴拉宾低地等地区的排水工程，都对我国水资源研究提出了重大而艰巨的任务。\n水利建设实践向水文学提出的技术与科学问题的复杂性，决定了必须大幅提高水文专业人才的培养质量。为此，应特别注重揭示所研究水文过程和各种实际问题解决方法的物理实质。这一情况决定了有必要充分阐述现代陆地水文学所研究的问题，特别是各种计算方案，因为正确使用这些方案只有在清楚了解计算所涉水文要素形成过程的物理本质以及所使用计算方案的适用范围的条件下才有可能。\n为此，本教材特别介绍了水文计算中广泛使用的分布曲线理论基础，以及缺乏观测资料时最大流量计算公式的构建原理。这些问题不一定纳入中专学生的必修知识范围，但教材中的阐述方式使其完全可以作为补充材料，有助于更深入地理解实际计算方法的含义和应用领域。\n本书是1950年出版的《水文学与河流径流》的第二版，经过大幅修订和补充。其中显著加强了洪水形成过程分析、无观测资料情况下最大流量计算方案的构建、数理统计基础、河流形态特征、水流环流、泥沙运动等方面的内容。章节安排也按照水文气象中专教学计划规定的学习顺序作了调整。\n书中大量使用了近年来苏联科学家（特别是国立水文研究所）完成的众多新成果。\n作者采纳了审阅人、莫斯科和哈尔科夫水文气象中专方法委员会的意见，并考虑了国立水文研究所工作人员的建议和建设性批评。作者向所有审阅人和国立水文研究所的工作人员（特别是М.А.韦利卡诺夫、Б.Д.扎伊科夫、С.Ю.别林科夫、В.В.乌哈诺夫、А.К.普罗库贾科夫）表示深切的感谢，他们为改进本书提供了帮助。\n</p>",

Within the framework of the theory of inhomogeneous body elasticity, the crack propagation in the fault structural zone is studied. Calculation results of the interaction between structural faults in overlying strata and mining spaces in salt beds are given. Experimental data on the strength, elasticity and rheological properties of salt rock obtained under laboratory conditions are listed.
