In order to study the in-situ structure and cyanobacteria reaction, complete crust samples were used to conduct crust rehydration-dehydration experiments and particle burial experiments. X-ray microCT scans were performed on the prepared crust samples using a Zeiss Xradia 515 Versa X-ray microscope (Zeiss, Germany) and Scout Scan V15.0 software package (Zeiss, Germany). </p>",
