本专著可以分为三部分。第一部分聚焦哈萨克斯坦植物研究所标本馆的模式标本，系统新增342 个分类单元，全面涵盖Linaria bektauatensis等新物种的形态特征描述与异名修订，并规范作者缩写及文献引用格式，构建起区域植物分类的基础数据框架。第二部分以阿拉套地区为研究核心，详细记录 230种植物，深入分析灯芯草属、葱属等类群的分布规律与生态适应性；同时针对天山云杉开展地理演化研究，结合地质历史背景提出其起源于东亚古陆的学术观点，进一步解析冰川期后种群扩散与山地环境的协同演化机制。第三部分聚焦生物多样性发现与跨类群研究，一方面发现Calligonum Bykovii等植物新种，以及 Schwarzmannia真菌新属（内含2种寄生豆科植物的真菌新种）；另一方面开展锈菌目98种真菌的地理分布调查，同步完成地衣资源（20种，如Peltigera 属15种）的生境记录，多维度展现哈萨克斯坦北部及山地生态系统的生物多样性特征。
